We want your BackMellow to arrive as quickly as possible. Here's a clear overview of how our shipping works, what to expect, and how to get help if you need it.
How Shipping Works
When you place an order, here's what happens from purchase to your door:
Your order is confirmed and sent to our fulfillment team. You'll receive an order confirmation at the email address you provide at checkout.
Your order is picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Your package is handed off to the carrier and is on its way. Depending on your location within the U.S., transit typically takes 5โ9 additional days.
Your BackMellow arrives. If you receive a tracking number, you can follow your package's progress with the carrier directly.
Estimated Delivery Window
For orders shipped within the United States, the typical delivery window is 8โ12 business days from the date of purchase. This estimate accounts for processing time and carrier transit.
Delivery times can vary depending on:
- Your delivery address and proximity to shipping hubs
- The carrier assigned to your shipment
- Seasonal volume increases (such as holidays)
- Unexpected carrier delays or weather events

Tracking Your Order
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details to the email address on your order.
If you haven't received tracking information or have questions about your shipment's status, please email support@backmellow.com with your order information and we'll look into it right away.
Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather events, high shipping volumes, or other factors outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within the expected window and tracking shows no recent updates, please contact us at support@backmellow.com and we'll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue quickly.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. The 8โ12 day estimate applies to continental U.S. orders. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may take additional time.
International shipping availability is not currently confirmed. If you're outside the U.S. and interested, email us at support@backmellow.com and we'll let you know if we can help.
