We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Products and Pricing
BackMellow sells lumbar support pillows directly to consumers. All prices displayed on this website are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Sale prices are available for a limited time and may end without notice. Bundle pricing (3 or more units at $30 each) applies only when the qualifying quantity is added to your cart.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure accurate product descriptions and images. However, minor variations in color between photography and the physical product may occur.
3. Order Limitations
To ensure fair availability for all customers, individual orders are limited to a maximum of 5 units. We reserve the right to cancel or reduce orders that exceed this limit.
If you need more than 5 units โ for example, for an office, team, or gift purchase โ please email support@backmellow.com before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
4. Checkout and Payment
Our checkout is currently being finalized. When live, payment will be processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are encrypted and handled in accordance with PCI compliance standards.
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate and complete.
5. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery for U.S. orders is 8โ12 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and carrier. BackMellow is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in reasonable condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days of receiving your return.

All content on this website โ including text, images, branding, and design โ is the property of BackMellow and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. The BackMellow name and logo are proprietary.
8. Product Disclaimer
The BackMellow lumbar support pillow is a comfort product designed for everyday seated use. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have chronic back pain or a medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any supportive product.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BackMellow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
